This exciting historic renovation is located in one of Cleveland’s hottest new neighborhoods. We are within walking distance of Downtown and the exciting shops, restaurants and nightlife of Ohio City. We have a variety of spacious and cool suites that are all competitively priced. West 25th Street Lofts has a post-industrial feel that celebrates the buildings’ history and compliments it with contemporary, upscale finishes.
How can I become a resident at West 25th Street Lofts?
Please email us, call us at 216.241.0200, or stop by our leasing office for a tour! Once you’ve found your ideal suite, we’d be happy to help you complete an application.
Once you are accepted, we do require a deposit to reserve your suite. Please contact the leasing office for additional information.
What are the lease terms?
West 25th Street Lofts has a standard 12 month lease. However, longer terms may be available. Please contact the leasing office at 216-241-0200 for current rates and to select your suite.
What are the sizes of the suites?
We have a wide variety of spacious suite sizes available with over 50 unique floorplans. We have Studio Suites that average 672 SF; One Bedroom Suites that average 899 SF; Two Bedroom Suites that average 1,340 SF and 3 Bedroom Suites that average 1,746 SF. Many suites offer multiple bathrooms.
What are the hours of the rental office?
The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If you need someone outside of those hours or on weekends, please feel free to email us or call us to make an appointment. We will do our best to meet your schedule!
Do you allow pets?
Of course! West 25th Street Lofts is Pet Friendly. Dogs and cats are welcome but some restrictions apply. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per suite. Weight and breed restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing office for additional information.
Do I have reserved parking?
Yes. A reserved parking space is provided for an additional fee. Spaces are assigned in the heated garage and in the surface parking lot off West 28th Street. Please park in your assigned space. Access to the garage is via a garage door opener issued to our paid parking residents. Free street parking is also available in front of the building along Church Ave and West 25th. Please contact the office if you need assistance or have further questions.
Where do my guests park?
Due to limited space, garage parking is for residents only. Guest parking is available in front of the building along Church Avenue and Aust Avenue in designated areas. Handicap guest parking is available immediately in front of the building.
When and where can I workout?
Take advantage of our fitness center located off the main lobby on the first floor. It is open 24 hours a day. Enjoy our high-end elliptical trainers, treadmills, bikes, weight machines, and other equipment while watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TVs or check out our beautiful landscaped courtyard. Access by swiping your key fob at the fitness center door and enjoy your workout!
Where can I put my bike?
We offer secure bicycle rack storage in the garage area. We will provide a community air pump, but you will need to provide your own lock. While you can keep your wheels in your suite, we ask that you not leave your bicycles in the hallways or common areas.
What about extra storage?
For a monthly fee, additional storage for your belongings can be found on the third floor of the B Building located on north side of the hallway.
Secure wire mesh lockers measure 4’ x 4’x 7’.
What community spaces are available?
We have several great areas to hang out! Meet your neighbors while enjoying free wireless internet in our lobby area by the main entrance and on our community deck on the second floor of the A Building. The deck is open to residents and guests anytime from 9 am to 12 pm. Socialize and catch some rays!
What is around West 25th Street Lofts?
West 25th Street Lofts is centrally located in Ohio City and is part of the Hingetown neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping, and arts are all within a short walk. How do I get there?
Access to West 25th Street Lofts is incredibly easy. We are at the northern end of West 25th Street, one block south of the of the Detroit-Superior Bridge and one block south of the West 28thStreet Exit of the Shoreway (Rt 2). We are adjacent to and just north of Lutheran Hospital. Access from the West is via Detroit Ave, the Shoreway or I-90. From the South access is from West 25th Street or West 28th. Most easterners come to Ohio City via the Lorain-Carnegie Bridge or the Detroit-Superior Bridge. All these main thoroughfares are less than 2 miles from I-90, I-490, and I-71 and I-77.
When can I move in to my new home?
Please schedule a time with our leasing office. Depending on the volume of new move-ins, we may need to set time to reserve an elevator and make sure parking in front of building is not obstructed. We ask that you please respect your future neighbors by completing your move in a timely manner.
Who is the management company?
The West 25th Street Lofts is professionally leased and managed by Smythe Property Advisors, a local Cleveland based property management concern. We have an on-site property manager/leasing agent and a full time dedicated maintenance technician to serve our residents.
What if I have a package for delivery and I am not home?
West 25th Street Lofts is happy to assist any resident who needs someone to accept deliveries. West 25th Street Lofts staff will coordinate your dry cleaning, grocery delivery, UPS etc. all at no charge. Our goal is make your life as easy as possible. Simply call or email the office to discuss how we may be of service.
How do I set up utilities?
Please contact each of the following utilities to start / end your service:
Electricity – Cleveland Public Power. You can contact them at 216.664.4600.
High Speed Internet and Cable Television – High speed internet and/or cable television service are provided for a fee by SNIP Internet, the fastest high speed provider in NE Ohio. For information contact Snip Internet at 844.383.7123 or www.snipinternet.com.
Water & Sewer – West 25th Street Lofts provides water and sewer at no charge to our residents.
How do I contact someone for maintenance issues?
We strive to make sure your suite is perfect. If you have an issue please create a work order via our website Resident portal or call the office at 216-559-1555 to ensure we address it promptly. Please note: we have a 24 hour off-hours answering service for maintenance emergencies at 1-800-791-9903.
Where can I recycle?
West 25th Street Lofts was renovated under the Green Communities Building Standards and we encourage our residents and employees to be environmentally sustainable. On-site recycling is available and is located in the garage trash room, next to the elevator. Please do not put anything down the trash or recycle chutes larger than a small pizza box, as larger items will unfold and clog the chute.
Do I need to replace the air filter on my heating and air conditioning system?
No. Our maintenance staff will enter your suite twice a year, change your air filter(s) and leave you a note that they have completed this semi-annual maintenance. There is no charge for this service.
How do I dispose of cardboard boxes?
Please break down your boxes and place them flat outside the trash room in the parking garage (outside the elevator lobby). Because they pose a clogging risk and are bulky, they cannot be placed in trash chutes. Our maintenance staff will clear them away.
Can I dispose of my old mattress/furniture in the trash dumpsters?
We do not have onsite facilities available for items of that size. Please donate to your local thrift store/ charity. For a small fee, 1-800-GOT JUNK will pick up your donations.
